Privacy and refunds
FlutterPaw sells a made-to-order 8-page coloring book PDF of your pet. Questions: delivery@flutterpaw.com.
Entering your email and uploading a photo on flutterpaw.com means you have read this page and agree to it.
Privacy
We collect only what we need to make and send your book:
- Your email
- Your pet's name
- The photo you upload
- Payment details handled by Stripe. We do not see or store your full card number.
The photo is used only to make this book. We delete the photo after the PDF is sent. We do not sell it, and we do not post your pet unless you later send a colored page and ask to be featured.
We may keep your email after the order to send offers, discounts, and news about FlutterPaw. The site uses Microsoft Clarity to record how the page is used (scroll and session replay) so we can see where people get stuck. It does not replace the photo rules above. You can opt out any time by emailing delivery@flutterpaw.com.
Pet name and payment records may be kept as long as we need them for the order and basic accounting. To see or delete what we still have, email the same address.
Refunds
This is a digital product. Once the PDF is sent to your email, it cannot be reclaimed. There is no return shipping and no way to take the file back.
No refunds after the book has been sent. Change of mind, printing problems at home, or not liking the art after delivery are not refund reasons.
If something is clearly wrong before we send it — we never deliver, Stripe double-charged you, or we made the book of the wrong animal — email delivery@flutterpaw.com. We may refund at our discretion. That is a courtesy, not a guarantee.
If you open a chargeback without writing to us first, we will send Stripe the order record and delivery proof.
